Abstract
  • This project addressed the need for Christian leaders to develop consistency in faith and practice. The primary purpose of this project was to facilitate spiritual formation for a small group of leaders in the Trinity Heights Baptist Church. This project provided each participant an opportunity to enlarge his or her faith by taking a look at how his or her faith developed. In addition, each participant experienced four devotional practices selected to facilitate their spiritual growth. This project demonstrated that faith development theory coupled with the experience of Christian devotional practice provided an environment in which one could grow in his or her spiritual walk.
