- Abstract
- There are an increasing number of bivocational pastors who preach on a regular basis but have little training in preaching in the Mennonite Church. While the STEP program (Study Training for Effective Pastoral Ministry) through Eastern Mennonite University is helpful to acquaint bivocational pastors, there is a need for additional training for preaching that fits into the busy STEP bivocational pastor's schedule. This project builds on what is learned in the STEP program and expands the learning through a bivocational preaching manual that is included in this thesis.
