  • Our current cultural experience of time is one that has moved away from the traditional diurnal and seasonal rhythms of life. We have now become a society in which there are few distinct rhythms of time. A casualty of this changing perspective of time is the God ordained pattern of work and rest or ministry and Sabbath. This project explores how reclaiming the practice of Sabbath as a spiritual discipline affects individuals in their faith and their approach to time and participation in the worship and ministry life of the local church.
