Abstract
  • As part of the larger Project Cathedral, asking 'What makes a Christian leader effective?', this project presents case studies of two Christian pastors of apparently successful churches in the midwestern United States. Through questionnaires, on-site observation, and analysis of congregational documents, the project determines that these pastors demonstrate commitment to maximize strengths and minimize limitations in their congregations so that they might work together to develop and accomplish a common vision.
