Abstract
  • The author examined the dynamics and dimensions which led the Word Centered Fellowship, a multiethnic, charismatic, independent church, and the Presbytery of Shenango, a predominantly white presbytery, to partner to reach the goal of chartering the Word Centered Fellowship as a Presbyterian church in Shenango Presbytery. The results illustrated the possibility of this kind of story taking place in other presbyteries. The method of research implemented was to present the story to three groups of eight asking them to complete a survey. The survey was used to identify what made the chartering possible. A DVD accompanies the paper.
