Abstract
  • In order to reach its predominantly Hispanic community, one urban Anglo church offers to share its faciltiies with an Hispanic church of similar size and belief. Each church retains its autonomy. This project creates a paradigm for structuring a multicongregational ministry with an Anglo and an Hispanic church sharing the same church campus. The methodology includes the project leader and a seven-member steering committee developing a resident-agreement for this ministry. This agreement includes a balanced worship and Bible-study schedule for each church, and information aiding one's understanding of crosscultural relationships.
