Abstract
  • Using an adaptation of the case-study method, this study focuses on the relationships between the lives and ministries of 20 Nazarene pastors in Haiti and the program of theological education in which they are engaged. All these men are working to fulfill academic requirements for denominational ordination in a four-year program using the theological education by extension approach. In measurements made over a six-month period, both attitudinal and cognitive changes were noted in the men. Some of these changes could be directly attributed to their theological studies.
