Abstract
  • This project proposes to discover effects of theological reflection on people's beliefs and actions by facilitating a congregational group in a process of intentional, personal, and communal theological reflection. Intentional theological reflection should enable people to reflect on vocational call as people of God, to claim gifts for ministry in all parts of life, and to identify daily issues as ministry issues. Through qualitative research the project confirmed people's desire to be clearer about beliefs, to increase their ability to reflect on how they live these beliefs through actions in daily life, and to reflect on how life issues, arising from actions, in turn reshape those beliefs.
