- Abstract
- This project is designed for the assimilation of the boomer generation in the local church. The acronym S.T.A.M.P. stands for: Spiritual Gifts / Personality, Talents, Availability, Meaning and Purpose. The process takes the individuals through a series of evaluation instruments and questionnaires to determine how they are stamped for ministry. The research has determined the boomer generation is more likely to be involved in ministry in the local church or community when the ministry has meaning and purpose, along with the flexibility of time. The later is accomplished through a team structure.
