Abstract
  • This project develops and applies a leadership strategy involving story, vision, and differentiated leadership (as defined in family-systems theory) to a church in transition. When people see their story in the biblical story, then its promise will leave the leadership of the church open for a new creation and a vision of the Reign of God. The transition will be completed when the leadership of the church has the courage to function as if their vision were a reality--eschatologically.
