Abstract
  • The purpose of the project was to develop a strategy for multiethnic unity at First Baptist Church, Forest Park, Georgia. First, the project director researched demographics surrounding the church to determine the ethnic diversity and trends of the community. Second, he examined existing strategy models to determine the best methods for reaching multiethnic unity. Third, he enlisted a Strategic Planning Team from the church staff and leadership to develop a strategy model and action plans for reaching multiethnic unity. Finally, the project director presented the final product to selected church committees and teams for approval.
