Abstract

The rationale for In His Hands: A Review of the Perceptions of Members of Gulf Beach Baptist Church, Panama City Beach, Florida towards the Church's Mission and the Development of a Program to Address These Perceptions was to develop a leadership team charged with the goal of developing and implementing programs to enable the full realization of the mission of Gulf Beach Baptist Church. Sermons were presented, followed by surveys designed to define member perceptions. The resulting data were presented at a weekend retreat. An evaluation of the project was completed and a program plan was recommended and developed.
