  • The thesis of this applied research project is that the Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) program of Dallas Theological Seminary (DTS) and other D.Min. programs that were evaluated, are highly effective and successful as determined from the results of a D.Min. student satisfaction survey based on the Association of Theological Schools (ATS) D.Min. program accreditation standards. The project also sought to determine if there are best practices among D.Min. programs that can be shared to improve all D.Min. programs. The project determined that the DTS D.Min. program and that of other institutions evaluated, are indeed very successful, and the D.Min. students are extremely satisfied with their programs. The project also determined that there are best practices that can be shared among D.Min. programs to further improve the effectiveness of all D.Min. programs.
