This project is designed to address the issues surrounding ministry development in Longview Heights Seventh-day Adventist Church in Memphis, Tennessee. Eight lessons were taught to a group of fifteen members who are financially committed to the church, but are not presently involved in a ministry to members or the community. These lessons were developed on the foundations of scripture, theology, and the principles of formative education. It is the intent of this project to affect the attitudes, dispositions, values, and behavior of the participants with the end result being an increased desire to develop, and implement ministries for the Longview Heights S.D.A. Church. The Longview Heights S.D.A. Church is a traditional, one hundred year old, inner-city church. The results will be evaluated by qualitative analysis instruments.
