Abstracto

This dissertation-project is an instructional social simulation game which is designed to acquaint participants with the dynamics of church ministry. The game, which is both educational and entertaining, condenses the experiences of a lifetime of ministry into less than two hours of playing time. Its conclusion challenges the generally accepted quantitative standards of success and provides an alternative set of qualitative standards as set forth by Christ in Revelation 2-3.
