  • The purpose of this project is to equip male accountability groups as a catalyst for developing spiritual leadership in a local church. The project attempted to create a practical and applicable approach that enhances men's ministries in the local church by applying biblical principles relating specifically to leadership and spiritual character development. An eight-member support group focused on leadership, integrity, fellowship and training (LIFT). The anticipated desire for the development of the project is to create future training opportunities for other laity. At the conclusion of the project the church will be presented a recommendation to approve an ongoing spiritual leadership training ministry that utilizes this project format.
