The purpose of the project is to develop, implement, and evaluate seven training sessions for Sunday school leadership. These sessions are designed to educate the Sunday school leadership in the dynamics of relational evangelism. The goal of the training is to make relational evangelism a specific teaching objective of the Sunday school leadership. A pretest and posttest evaluation instrument is used to ascertain the significance and impact of the training. The research indicates a positive impact on the leadership, but it also indicates a significant need for continuation of this type of training into the future.
