Pastors of the LAC/UMC were trained in different theological fields at the undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate levels. But some lack adequate knowledge in congregational study. This project was designed to equip ministers to understand key concepts that will improve their abilities to administer their congregations well. The author's concern has been how ministries of pastors can be enhanced to understand the cultural context of their local congregations. The author believes that the seminars conducted would give them new insights. Pastors were exposed to some key leadership principles that will help them understand the various congregations they are called to work with.
