Abstract
  • The author's judicatory needed a process for facilitating a discipleship model of church life and ministry. This new paradigm required a new way of thinking and doing on the part of both clergy and laity. Church leaders needed to be equipped to become agents of personal and organizational transformation. This thesis project utilized personal coaching as the delivery system for this process of equipping church leaders as change agents. The thesis article delineated how the coaching program assisted church leaders to experience personal transformation, to be better positioned to lead more effectively, and to be discipled within their vocation.
