Abstracto

This project, a study of the problems with leadership and management in the Black church, is based on a library search of the history of the Black church and supported by a survey of current members of the Black church. These sources reveal a learned lack of motivation, a fear of education and a tendency toward deception. This study found solutions to these problems in secular leadership material and by examining the biblical record. A review of this product will provide the reader with an overview of the concepts, skills and tools used in leadership and management. This product also includes some recommended improvement for the Black church.
