Abstract
  • The purpose of this dissertation was to establish a means of measuring the transformation experienced by Canby Bible College graduates while attending the school. This metamorphology of CBC graduates helped to identify and describe the dimensions of transformation experienced, and served as a critical assessment of Canby Bible College's institutional effectivenes in 'equipping laborers for the harvest.' A three-part questionnaire served as the primary means of instrumentation and utilized both quantitative and qualitative methods of research.
