Abstract
  • Ministry leaders can be empowered to lead in developing ministries through an intentional equipping process. To accomplish this an equipping process was designed that enables a ministry leader to increase their leadership competency and commitment. The heart of the project is the twelve session equipping class in which participants are exposed to a variety of topics and issues vital to ministry leadership and development. The project's design strategy targets three specific areas of learning and development: the cognitive, the affective, and the spiritual. The end result was equipped ministry leaders empowered to lead in the development of their ministry area.
