The purpose of this project was to foster spiritual growth that leads to church involvement among middle school youth. A curriculum was designed that consisted of eleven discipleship training sessions. These discipleship training sessions took place weekly. To determine the effectiveness of the program, the experimental research method was used. The group of middle school youth who participated in the discipleship training program achieved significant changes in spiritual growth.
