The project raises awareness of how adding a sense of play and creativity increases efficiency and joy allowing the clergy to set better examples for their congregations. The author researched the work ethic of the clergy of the West Virginia Conference of the United Methodist Church. The author presented findings to clergy groups around the conference of how the founders and the theology of the church have informed that work ethic.
