Abstrait

The purpose of this project was to equip the deacons of First baptist Church Fannin, Brandon, Mississippi in personal evangelism. The project director had three goals. First, the project director researched applicable material on personal evangelism. Particular attention was given to principles, problems, and the presentation of the personal evangelism encounter. Second, the project director developed curriculum to teach a series of lessons on personal evangelism. Six lessons were developed and administered over a three-week period. The lessons equipped deacons to engage in personal evangelism. Third the project director's presentation and content of lessons were evaluated at the conclusion of the project. The project was assessed by reflection, tests, case studies, role play, and group dialogue.
