- Abstract
- The purpose of the research was to discover a set of core values for providing a more effective missionary training program in the Korean context. For discovering a set of core values, the research examines the Global Missionary Training Center (GMTC) as a case. Using Dr. Ted Ward's book, Values begin at home, a grid was formed for finding values. Against the four value-forming grids, a questionnaire was formulated to give GMTC graduates. The author discovered that the most effective training tools were the trainers themselves.
