Abstrait

The thesis of this project involves the equipping of the laity for the work of the ministry through an intentional experience of theology. Centralizing the classical subjects of doctrine around the theme of 'the priesthood of all believers,' this writer led each of the participants into an understanding of the apostolic nature of his or her own faith, and to defining of a personal ministry in accordance with that participant's 'spiritual gifts' profile. The pilot church now has an on-going training program to deal in a practical manner with the reservoir of theologically-equipped lay ministers.
