This project proposes a training process to prepare pastors and lay leaders to organize and implement a church-based community development program. In several seminars that include role playing, group discussion, and study of sample models, participants design a vehicle of economic empowerment that takes the liberating and discipling teachings of Jesus Christ from the church to the community.
