This project examines a team-based approach to ministry based on the Purpose driven church model. Ch. 1 gives the setting and background of the church field. Chs.2 and 3 examine the biblical and business basis for team ministry. Ch. 4 outlines the project with steps to implementation. Ch. 5 offers a written analysis of the project's impact on the elders, ministers, deacons, and ministry leaders as team based ministry was organized.
