Abstract
  • This project proposes an 11-step prognosis that leads to revitalization for congregations that are stable, stagnant, and either unwilling or unable to grow in mission. Drawing from organizational theory, Scripture, ecclesiology, and contemporary church development resources, the project offers a diagnosis for congregations that have ceased to decline but have failed to restore growth and a prescription for transformation into strong missional ministries.
