Abstrait

The intent of this project in missiology was to study and consider how the national Baptist TEE program for Mexico could increase its effectiveness in the strategic task of developing trained church leaders through a resource manual. Research involved the reading of books, writing the resource manual, preparation of student testing and evaluation forms, seminar testing of the manual, evaluation of results by the project director, a guidance committee and an outside observer. It was concluded that there was a need to use more mentor relationships, videos and field work in the program.
