Abstracto

This project was to write a clear and practical manual to encourage and equip church leaders/youth volunteers to begin a Youth Designed/Youth Owned Work Mission Program in their local church. I hoped, through the reading of this manual, adult leaders of youth would be inspired and supplied with ample knowledge to create a mission program in which the youth are given the responsibilities for making important decisions. The opportunity for youth to be in leadership is a vital growth tool for those involved and has seen dramatic correlation to those who become active leaders as adults.
