  • This evangelistic project, originally written in Chinese, introduces Christianity from the perspective of Chinese culture. An appended commentary in English helps foreigners understand the background of the Taiwanese worldview. In the study, the meaning of life, four life-line figures, the view of deity, morality and life are illustrated. The study concludes that the Chinese thought of filial piety, the ethics of reciprocal love, the worship of heaven and the belief in 'tao' can serve as points of contact between Christianity and the traditional Chinese religions for mutual understanding and cooperation for the development of a harmonious and peaceful world.
