  • Churches and business corporations both deal with the problems of guiding and motivating individuals for significant involvement, and the bureaucratic systems that inhibit visionary thinking. Various styles of leadership from the current business and Christian literature are examined to determine which is most effective in promoting an evangelistic mindset. Effective leadership begins with God's vision for an individual which enables leaders to change themselves, their ministry paradigms and actions. Evangelistic leaders are people willing to initiate change personally, interpersonally and organizationally. As agents of change they focus on developing others as leaders through recruitment, flexible training models and spiritual nurture.
