This project proposes to analyze and evaluate the process of disciplemaking at Calvary Baptist Church of South Bend, Indiana. Chapter one explains 'The Training Network' (T-NET) and its organizing principles. The paper tells the four-year story at Calvary Baptist. Chapter two examines the theological, biblical, and sociological foundations for a disciplemaking church. It proposes a twenty-four month plan for an intentional, sequential strategy at Calvary Baptist. Chapter three discusses the six seminars our T-NET team attended at Trinity International University. The appendices include some of the substantial homework completed. Chapter four makes evaluations and conclusions about the T-NET process.
