Abstrait

The purpose of the project was to develop a healthy church growth strategy with selected leaders for Springdale Baptist Church of Ripley, Mississippi. The project focused on analyzing the church and community demographics, the church's leadership structure, the church's organizations, and the ministries of the church. The components of the project included: (1) the research of healthy church growth characteristics; (2) the gathering of available healthy church growth models for analysis; (3) the conducting of church surveys and questionnaires with selected leaders; (4) the design, administration, and evaluation of training sessions with the leadership team; and (5) the planning and creation of the strategy. The final step of the project was the presentation of the strategy to the congregation.
