  • This study maintains that Christ's call to God's mission continues for all of us. Christ called the disciples to God's mission as an incarnational, missional community. The author examines the creation of a learning organization and reframing and reflecting from a systems vantage point to set change in motion. Also, the pastor, as teacher/leader has taken new steps to become engaged in'personal mastery' in the vision of a missional church. This study concludes that when work toward a missional paradigm shift in a congregation's culture, structure, leaders and pastor takes place, transformation begins to take place toward God's present mission.
