- Abstract
- This project proposes that congregations should always be engaged in mission, regardless of their age or size. Leaders should be led to keep mission in motion. Drawing on biblical and theological research, with particular reference to contemporary mission specialists, the project seeks to generate and maintain mission momentum in Hosanna Lutheran Church (Saint Charles, Ill). Effort is necessary to make mission happen--just as a car cannot 'coast uphill'.
