The family is an intentional organization exhibiting organizational system's traits. This project's goal was to present this design for families in an eleven-session intervention, thereby strengthening the family systems and their church. The method of research included presentations, discussions, drama, and tests. Conclusions were drawn from comparisons of pre- and posttests, which included scales for information and perception. The results of the project were that while the knowledge about families increased significantly, the feelings about family changed less. With time for application of information the experience of family will become more positive.
