  • The purpose of this particular ministry project was to demonstrate how a church staff meeting of a multi-staff church can and should be conducted. The desire of the author was to, simultaneously, conduct an effective meeting and develop a true team concept among participating staff members. The purpose was accomplished through researching how effective meetings are conducted and implementing proven methods into a church staff meeting. This process was followed for a period of two months with proper evaluative tools designed to show improvement. The author concluded that multi-staff churches must have staff meetings, and that through proper preparation such meetings can be most effective.
