- A local church is in new facilities in a prime location in a growing community. Over 500 visitors pass through the church every year. Most are seeking a new church. In spite of this, attendance has remained flat for five years. Intentional involvement of new people should increase their chance of staying with the church. Changes were made in purpose, vision, organization, and leadership. After one year, questionnaires were answered by those who stayed and left after attending for a while. Visitors who had been involved in their former church were anxious to be involved in this church.
