Abstract
  • This seven-chapter workbook contains a program that trains and enables people in the local church to develop and implement intentional ministries of both numerical and spiritual growth. This program is based upon the theological foundation that explores assumptions of growth, develops attitudes of growth, and provides methods of growth. This manual articulates the process that resulted in Duff Street Methodist Church receiving 97 new members, increasing 103 people in average worship attendance, and empowering 50 additional people in ministry over a three-year period.
