  • This project examined how the method of inductive study serves as a good teaching tool to help train the believer's ear to hear the voice of God at Mt. Sinai Baptist Church in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The research methodology was qualitative in design and consisted of a pre and post test to determine improvement of spiritual hearing. The approach was phenomenological and the following instruments were used: Spiritual Evaluation, Sermon Evaluations, and Post Test Interview Questionnaire. The method helped to improve the hearing of the participants to the voice of God and their interaction with scripture.
