- Abstract
- The purpose of this project was to devise and test a method of examining cultural trends to facilitate relevant ministry. The focus of this material is the specific impact of pluralism on the development of family values and the Christian community. The research was based on a case study of a particular congregation and its perception of pluralism in value formation. The conclusion was drawn that pluralism in its most negative sense has infiltrated most Christian thinking. It is obvious that Christian thinking is a rare commodity, much less a Christian view of culture with emphasizing a ministry that adequately addresses the trends of our day.
