Abstrait

The purpose of the project was to lead the members of Alpine First Baptist Church through an intentional plan to improve the delivery of the public invitation. The components of the program included: educating the congregation as to the dynamics of the public invitation, enhancing the pastor's skill in extending the public invitation, and equipping selected individuals from the congregation to offer specialized ministry to those who respond during the public invitation. The project director utilized a combination of the ministry skill enhancement model and the equipping program model.
