Abstracto

The project intent was to provide practical information to deacons as leaders who would equip them to manage conflict with a focus toward church growth, the author assumed that the Great Commission of Jesus to his church was a mandate for church growth. He also assumed that with growth comes change and that change has an inherent capacity for conflict. When conflict is properly managed, growth is encouraged; when conflict is not managed, growth is thwarted and the church is unable to carry out its task.
