Abstracto

This project constructs a new training model for Korean American theological field education supervisors based on crucial contextual themes of the Korean American church. Important elements of the new model include a collaborative style in course design, cross-cultural insights for evaluation, student learning agreements, and conflict management. The project recommends that field education be extended to two years, in order to provide Korean American students with experience in churches of other ethnic groups.
