  • What strategy assimilates new believers in a way that intentionally produces disciples who not only belong to God and the church, but become like Christ in the process? While the traditional assimilation model only takes a person from evangelization to membership in the church, the full assimilation model takes a person all the way from evangelization to maturity in Christ. Using case studies as the method of research, this project shows that full assimilation is the only form of assimilation that is truly effective because it not only evangelizes and encourages new believers, it equips them in evangelism, discipleship, service and leadership.
