Abstracto

The purpose of the project was to assist church members in identifying and utilizing their spiritual gifts to develop church leadership. The experimental method was used to collect research data. A sermon series was used to define the nature and purpose of spiritual gifts for church leadership. Twelve adult church members completed homework assignments and participated in small-group activities to identify their spiritual gifts and learn how to utilize their gifts in church leadership. The participants improved their awareness and understanding of spiritual gifts and discovered ways to use their giftedness in church leadership.
