'Producing a changed perspective in the California Southern Baptist Convention evangelism division toward CSBC pastors' is a ministry project designed to help the evangelism division become aware of its perspective toward pastors and learn how perspective affects relevance in relation to building an evangelistic church. The project used a pastor focus group to collect information and identify attitudes, to which the evangelism team responded with implications and recommendations. At the conclusion of the project, the changed perspective of the evangelism division contributed to the transition from program-based to process-based resources that the division offers to pastors and churches.
